I’m fond of cooking. Believe it or not, there are those eureka moments in kitchen when I believe I’m the upcoming Julia Child or Sanjeev Kapoor. So, it was on one of those kick-your-heel-high-up-in-the-air occasions that I decided to enroll my food blog in the A to Z challenge.
And without much ado, here is my theme:

Regarded as the Spice Capital of the World, the story of Kerala’s spices dates back to many thousands of years into the past, being a major contributor to the international spice trade. Traditionally known for spicy hot food, the spices give unique flavor and richness to all the dishes in the Kerala cuisine.
Scrumptious and mouth-watering, each meal in this cuisine is fit for the King. The aroma of Cardamon, cloves, ginger, cashew, tamarind, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and curry leaves, leave your palate tingling for more.
Stay tuned for April 1st to experience a handful of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. I have made sure that you see a variety of snacks, side-dishes, appetizers, main-course and desserts.
