This is going to be a quick, simple and healthy recipe and is for all the Drumstick lovers like P! And is one of the easiest ways to make your kid go gaga over the vegetable!
2 tea spns coriander powder
1 tea snp chilli powder
½ tea spn turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
8-9 leaves curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
Peal the drumsticks and cut in 2″ size.
Cook them in a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes. Remove and discard the water.
In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter. Add asafoetida and the remaining spices along with salt. Fry for about 2 mins on low flame.
Add the cooked drumsticks to fried spices and saute for another 5 mins, mixing the ingredients well in the process. The spices will now be evenly coated to the drumsticks.
Serve hot with rice as a side-dish.
