Pearl spots cleaned- 1, Ginger-garlic paste- 1tsp each,
Chilli powder- 2tsp, Turmeric powder- a pinch, Pepper powder- 1tsp, Salt – to taste, Oil for frying
Marinate fishes with all the ingredients except oil. Fry them in hot oil.
Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.
