Ginger Garlic paste

Cook the minced chicken in 1 tsp oil. Remove to cool.
In a pan, add 2 tsp of oil and add onion. Saute till soft. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute again.
Add the cooked chicken and mix. Add pepper powder. garam masala powder, salt. Mix and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove to cool.
Add mashed potato and mix well. Make desired shapes from the mixture- heart, balls or circles for example.
Dip each in beaten egg whites, then coat with breadcrumbs (unfortunatley I didn’t have them and coated with powdered corn flakes), and deep fry in oil.
Serve with tomato ketchup and chopped onion.
