• 1 cup coriander leaves and a handful of greenpeas
• 1 green chilli
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Instructions
Divide the idli batter into three equal parts. Keep one part aside for the white coloured idlis.
Grind the two sets of ingredients separately. Add them to the two sets of batter and mix well.
Use the plain batter, orange batter and green batter to make three different coloured idlis.
Top them with grated coconut, grated carrot and finely chopped coriander leaves respectively. Arrange the idlis on a plate as the tricolor national flag.
