Ingredients

- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder, dry roasted
- A pinch of asafeotida
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tamarind, seedless
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Boondi, to garnish
Instructions
- Add 1/4 cup of water and blend together all the ingredients except crushed ice, Boondi and remaining water.
- Strain the liquid.
- Add remaining water and crushed ice. Mix well.
- Garnish with boondi and lemon wedge.
- Serve cold.
