- 5 drumsticks
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 dry red chillies
- A sprig of curry leaves
Instructions
- Peel and cut the drumsticks in finger-length size.
- Cook in one cup of water, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add dry red chillies. Add curry leaves and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Add cooked drumsticks and mix. Saute for a couple of minutes, until almost fried.
- Serve hot with rice and rasam.
