Ingredients

- 500 gms peas, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger julienne
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt, to taste
- Water, a little
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add green chillies and ginger. Saute.
- Add the spice powders, salt and a splash of water.
- Add in the peas and coat them with the spices. Cover and cook on low flame for about ten minutes. They would be slightly wrinkled.
- Sprinkle garam masala and serve.
