Ingredients: 1 cup Pineapple, chopped; 2 red Jalapeno, chopped; 2 ripe Tomatoes, deseeded and chopped into tiny pieces; 2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped; 2 tbsp Lemon juice; 1/2 tsp Sugar; 1/4 tsp Cumin powder; 2 tsp Mint leaves, finely chopped; Salt and Pepper, to taste

Fresh, summery and tasty! The sweet pineapple and the spicy jalapeno combine together to make the best Jalapeno Pineapple Salsa you've ever had!

1 cup Pineapple, chopped
2 red Jalapeno, chopped
2 ripe Tomatoes, deseeded and chopped into tiny pieces
2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Mint leaves, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and let sit for atleast an hour in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, give it a good mix.
