Fresh, summery and tasty! The sweet pineapple and the spicy jalapeno combine together to make the best Jalapeno Pineapple Salsa you've ever had!

Summertime calls for bright colors and beautiful flavors!

For me, salsa was always this onion-tomato mix which is served as an appetizer. When I first heard of this 'fruit' salsa, I wanted to give it a go, especially because it is summer and pineapples are available in abundance.

My Jalapeno Pineapple Salsa is a lot of fun to make and I serve it during a cocktail party. The perfect blend of sweet and heat, the salsa goes well with your drinks. For enhanced flavor, you can also grill the pineapple. This is such a versatile dish that you can add it to a Jerk chicken or Fish Fillets or even to a taco bowl.

I can't even begin to tell you how delicious this salsa is! I wish I could just pass you a bowl 🙂  All the flavors really come together! Serve to on your next party with some crispy tortillas or nachos or even masala pappad the traditional Indian way, and you can find your folks raving about it.

There really isn't a step-by-step instruction for preparing this. Simply chop them up, season and add some lime juice - you are ready to go!

My family is a big fan of Mexican food and husband loves pineapple. This is a perfect dish to try for me.

This sounds like something my husband would love, he adores pineapple and is not afraid of a little chilli. Me, not so much - love the juice but don't get on with the fruit :).

I am sure it is tasty. Alas!! I am allergic to jalapeno so would not be able to try it myself but can always serve it as a party snack.
