Cranberry Green Tea Detox is delicious, rich in antioxidants and also helps in taking your health a notch up higher!
- 1/2 cup Cranberries
- 3 Green Tea bags
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Ice cubes
- Honey (optional)
- 2 tsp Stevia (optional)
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- Boil water in a saucepan and add the green tea bags. Remove from fire, cover with a lid and let it infuse for ten minutes.
- Let the tea cool and refrigerate for not more than an hour.
- Blend together all the remaining ingredients along with refrigerated green tea.
- Strain to a glass and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
You can also use a cup of mix berries, if not only cranberries.
