Are you looking for a detox drink to kick-start your diet plan? Cranberry Green Tea Detox is delicious, rich in antioxidants and also helps in taking your health a notch up higher!

    Cranberry Green Tea Detox

Last month saw this blog celebrating its fifth blog birthday and unlike the last time around, there weren't any much celebrations. You may be wondering why!

There are times in your life when you question yourself on whether you are doing enough, making ample money or if you are successful. You won't be content in what you are doing and you become your worst critic. I know this because I was going through such a phase for the last few months. I was struggling with confidence and was always second-guessing myself.

However, these were also happy times. I tried a diet out of my own interest after doing a lot of research. If you follow my Instagram you'd know all about it. It was the Ketogenic Diet and while the whole world opposed to what I was doing, I did it anyway. The result was a huge drop in my kilos and I can't be any more proud of myself. I had to take a break from the diet for a couple of weeks because my little sister was getting married (yay!) and I couldn't hold myself from indulging on traditional Kerala feast. Irrespective of that, I have put on only half a kilo and I'm motivated enough to kickstart the diet again now.

That said, you will find many easy Keto recipes and updates on my reformed lifestyle,Β  here in this space. In the subsequent posts, I will share all about Keto diet and why the world is going gaga over it. I hope you will join me on this journey.

    Cranberry Green Tea Detox

People usually associate the word diet or detox drinks with unappetizing foods like kale juice, or green smoothies. That needn't be the case all the time. The more you enjoy the food you eat, the more successful your diet will be. Yes, detox can be super fun! Here's a quick and delicious way to supercharge your health and God knows you need it in this festive season. Cranberry Green Tea Detox is tasty and also richΒ in nutrients.

We know that Green Tea is an effective drink to detox our body. I will be honest when I say it took a while for me to acquire its taste and later? Green Tea became just plain boring. Blame it on my coffee love but this is when I tried out some delightful variations and here I am, writing this recipe for you. Berries are rich in antioxidants and cranberry is only second to blueberries.Β In India, it is pretty difficult to get hold of these but if you do, make sure you prepare Cranberry Green Tea Detox and it will change the way you look at detox drinks.

So you do not soak the cranberries or zap them in a food processor or hand blender?

Did you say 'tea?' That's all I needed to hear!

I love flavoured teas. They give off such an amazing aroma and flavour.

Good to hear the Keto diet worked for you. I've heard very conflicting reports and as a vegetarian who doesn't eat egg, it may be a tad challenging for me to follow it through. πŸ™‚

Wow that vibrant red colour...I love cranberries, pity we don't get them in India. I have heard a lot of benefits of cranberries. Guess, we will just have to look at your pretty pictures and sigh! πŸ™‚ Can we use dried ones?

I used the dried ones, Anshu. It is a bit sour but the sugar/honey will make up for it. Thanks for dropping by πŸ™‚
