Ingredients

- 300gms Yam
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 2-3 Dry Red chilies
- 2-3 sprigs of Curry Leaves
- Salt, to taste
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Remove the skin of yam and chop into small cubes. Wash.
- In a bowl, add chopped yam, salt and turmeric powder. Boil and cook for about 7-8 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add dry red chilies and curry leaves.
- Add drained cooked yam and saute. Cook until well-browned.
