- 1/4 cup of mayo
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
- Salt to taste
- Ground Pepper
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic or garlic powder
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, add a quarter cup of mayo, a tablespoon each of Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil, a bit of mustard sauce, some mixed herbs or oregano, salt, ground pepper, and minced garlic or garlic powder. Mix it well.
- Add shredded cabbage and sliced bell peppers. You can use purple cabbage and red and yellow bell peppers as well, to make it more colorful.
