Keto Coleslaw

  • 1/4 cup of mayo
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, sliced


  1. In a bowl, add a quarter cup of mayo, a tablespoon each of Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil, a bit of mustard sauce, some mixed herbs or oregano, salt, ground pepper, and minced garlic or garlic powder. Mix it well.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and sliced bell peppers. You can use purple cabbage and red and yellow bell peppers as well, to make it more colorful.
