Keto Coleslaw is a low-carb, creamy and tangy side-dish. It can be a staple for those Grilled chicken and Barbeque meats or you can even dress up that sandwich.

Today I am going to bring to you one of the simplest recipes you can prepare when on a Keto diet or otherwise- Keto Coleslaw. It has become my go-to recipe when I don't feel like cooking enormous meals. I promise you, this will be a huge hit at your next gathering.

You needn't have exotic ingredients for preparing this coleslaw. All you need is some shredded cabbage, bell peppers, few spices, vinegar, mayo, and mustard sauce. You are good to go!

    How to Make Keto Coleslaw

In a bowl, add a quarter cup of mayo, a tablespoon each of Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive oil, a bit of mustard sauce, some mixed herbs or oregano, salt, ground pepper, and minced garlic or garlic powder. Mix it well. Add shredded cabbage and sliced bell peppers. You can use purple cabbage and red and yellow bell peppers as well, to make it more colorful. I had to make do with the few bits and pieces of red bell peppers I had.

To make it a non-vegetarian version, you can also add cooked bacon bits or leftover shredded chicken.
