Keep all the ingredients ready.
Spread pizza sauce on bread slices.
Add onion, capsicum, and other veggies of your choice.
Top it with shredded cheese, mixed herbs, and chili flakes.
To make on a stovetop: Heat a pan/tawa/skillet. Add a teaspoon of butter. Place a bread slice and cook covered in low flame for a couple of minutes until cheese melts.
To make in an oven: Place the prepared bread slices into a preheated oven at 200 C for 7-10 minutes.
Cut into triangles and serve hot.
Use any variety of bread – wheat bread/brown bread/garlic bread/milk bread.
Other veggies you can add – cooked sweet corn/mushroom, olives, tomatoes, carrots. pickled jalapenos, fried tofu, or paneer.
