    Yum

What do you think of  hot pakoras and a steaming cup of chai on a rainy evening? Sounds yum, right? Here's an easy snack that makes your kid go, "Mamma, I need more..." <3 It's crunchy on the outside and juicy inside!

    Popcorn Chicken

    Ingredients:

Boneless chicken pieces, cut into cubes- 200gms

    Egg- 1

Corn flour- 2tbsp, Maida (All purpose flour)- 2tbsp

    Salt-1tsp, Pepper- 1tsp, Garlic, crushed- 1tbsp

Soya sauce- 1tsp, Red chilli sauce- 1tsp

    Oil- for deep frying

    Method:

Mix cornflour and Maida in a bowl. Add other ingredients an mix well breaking all lumps, if any.

Marinate chicken in this mixture and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in kadai. Reduce heat an add the marinated chicken pieces. Increase heat to medium high.

Fry the pieces for 3-4 mins until golden brown.

    Remove and serve hot.

    Chef says:

Do not fry any longer as it turns the chicken hard.
