I remember running to my neighbor’s home almost every evening for a bite of this Honey Banana. My mom never made cakes or cookies in the evening for tea. So, this aunt was a fairy who took care of my sweet tooth. Anyway, I don’t know if she will ever read this post, but if yes, she would be very happy. 🙂
The recipe is very simple and I’m sure it will be a delight for the kids.
Ingredients:
1 slightly under-ripened banana, sliced, 1 tablespoon honey, Cinnamon, Ghee or coconut oil
Method:
Lightly drizzle ghee/oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana. Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
P.S: P finished the entire thing like a small kid 😛 😛
