How do we make a Chocolate Brownie Cake without Oven? This delectable fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cake is made without the help of a microwave/convection oven and is made in a regular steamer.
Chocolate Brownie Cake without Oven? Is that even possible? But believe me. You can. I used a regular steamer for preparing this cake delight. It is the easiest and anyone can make it in a jiffy.
For a long time, we didn't get ourselves an oven. Now, that can be shocking to many of you, but ever since we got married, I have been cooking up a storm and trying new recipes in my kitchen. If you're my regular reader you'd know that this blog happened as a result of my experiments.
That said, we were worried, I'd go ahead and try cooking all those delectable cakes, cookies and pastries and we kinda tried putting off getting a convection oven for the longest time.
However, this didn't pull me back in making cakes. I befriended a pressure cooker and life was Oo-la-la again.

Coming to the recipe.
This Chocolate Brownie Cake takes very little time to put together. Once cooked, it tastes pretty darn great.
Cooking in a steamer makes the cake soft, fluffy, airy and fine and the texture is smooth.
I went the extra mile by topping it with a semi-sweet chocolate ganache, a scoop of chocolate ice cream and little chocolate sauce. Ah, I'm all set to conquer the world!

That looks delicious and the recipe is simple. Tell me more about steaming. Where did you put that baking pan? in the cooker? I know I know - I don't know much 🙂

I love baking the chocolate cake the steamed way because it was the very first cake I baked in my life. Steamed cakes are delicious and should be talked about more often.
Love your presentation & the pictures <3
