Chinese chicken and sweet corn soup is one of the most sort after soups for most of us in restaurants. Take me for an example. Until recently this was the only soup that I would take. And there was no compromise on that. But I believe things change for good. Even in the case of a soup. So, my palate has become affable and I’m welcoming it.

So, since then I had been wanting to make some. I told you that winter is already here and what but a bowl of piping hot soup can drive the cold away. At least temporarily. If you can grab your hands on cream style corn, this is quite easy and quick to make. However, you can also use fresh sweet corns available in packets. All you need to do is grind a cup of corn with a teaspoon of water. But do not make it into a smooth paste. Pulse for 5 seconds or so.
