Mango Mojito Mocktail is an easy-to-make refreshing drink that comes together in under 5 minutes! Perfect for summers, this twist to the virgin mojito combines sweet mango nectar, lemon, and mint.

It is peak summer in India and sometimes, it is getting unbearable. Being stuck at home, thanks to the new normal, I crave cold drinks every afternoon. Even the thought of getting into the home studio is intolerable and I am on the verge of abandoning my work- this challenge.

    But I persist.

Refreshing drinks are my best friend these days and I am whipping out some easy-to-make summer drinks including mocktails, cocktails, and traditional Indian Lassi, every other day.

This Mango Mojito Mocktail combines mango juice with club soda, lemon juice, mint leaves, and ice cubes. You may also spice it up by adding a pinch of paprika and chopped jalapenos.

You can convert this easily into a cocktail by adding a dash of white rum or vodka. Look how versatile this is!

    Mango Mint Mojito is

    • refreshing and delicious
    • perfect for summers
    • comes together in under 5 minutes
    • can be made with fresh mango puree or store-bought mango juice
    • vegan, soy-free, and nut-free
    • can be converted to a cocktail easily

Mango, mint, and lemon are a match made in heaven and this delicious fruity drink uses 5 ingredients and you do not even need a blender if you are using mango nectar. It is perfect for summer barbecues, parties, and get-togethers and you can make this drink ahead of time as well.

This mocktail can be made with fresh mango or nectar. There is no beating the use of farm fresh produce and if you can get hold of those beautiful, ripe, sweet mangoes, there is no surpassing that.

That said, I used the regular store-bought good quality mango juice - Frooti, to be precise.

You may also pick up your favorite spritzer over club soda and take it up a notch by adding some chopped jalapenos and rimming the glass with sweet paprika.

    Mango Mint Mojito

To make Mango Mojito, puree the fresh mango in a blender until it is chunk-free and smooth. Skip this step, of course, if you are using mango nectar.

Into the serving glass, add mint leaves and lemon wheels. Muddle slightly.

Add mango nectar and club soda. Top it with ice cubes and stir to combine.

You may garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.

This sounds delicious. We do a lot of mojitos in the summer months. This mango one sounds like a great addition to our summer drink mix. Weekends In Maine

I would definitely want to add a hint of heat (chilly heat, not kettle heat 😀 ) to this drink for that added zing...

The other day I got Jimmy's Mango Chilli cocktail drink and added rum to it. It tasted great. Will make this at home next time and have it with vodka. Joining in? 😉
